Sapphire Princess
The Princess ship built in Japan, going back to Japan
Aboard
- Built by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries at Nagasaki, not by Fincantieri like the rest of the class
- Swapped names with Diamond Princess mid-build after a yard fire
- Christened at Seattle in June 2004, the first ship ever christened in that port
- A drydock at Portland in October 2025 added Makoto Ocean and moved the Crown Grill in
- Based at Tokyo for the line's largest Japan season, reunited with Diamond Princess
