Your Ship
Norwegian Breakaway
The ship that moved the promenade outdoors, rebuilt in 2025 and working out of Boston
Aboard
- The first Breakaway-class hull, delivered by Meyer Werft in April 2013
- The Waterfront, a quarter-mile open-air promenade at deck level, new to cruising when she introduced it
- Peter Max painted her hull; the Rockettes were her godmothers at the New York christening
- A three-week refit in early 2025 replaced the Spiegel Tent with a cinema and Ocean Blue with Palomar
- The Plank, a board that sticks eight feet off the side of the ship about 175 feet above the water
