- Based in Sydney from 2012 to 2020, Carnival's first ship homeported outside North America year-round
- Green Thunder, a 180-foot near-vertical drop slide fitted in the 2012 refit and billed as the steepest at sea
- Public rooms named for empires, Pharaoh's Palace, the Empire Restaurant, Versailles, the Louis XIV casino
- A six-week dry dock at Cadiz ended in March 2025
